I provide an open, warm and safe space for you to share your story and explore what is causing discomfort and pain for you at this time. I will ensure you feel heard, understood and will tailor the therapy to meet your specific needs, and will always be guided by you. I believe that everyone has the capacity for personal growth, change and to experience a meaningful life, and I am here to empower you and support you through that journey.

My therapeutic approach is dynamic and personalised. I use a combination of  Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and trauma-informed therapy to ensure you receive a tailored treatment.  Overall, my aim is to establish a strong connection and make therapy worth your while; that you walk away with something meaningful.

I have helped adolescents and adults with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, personality disorders, trauma, relationship difficulties, anger issues, addiction, workplace stress and eating disorders.

I have a special interest in helping people with disordered eating and body dissatisfaction and have worked in an eating disorder outpatient service in Melbourne’s public health system. I have completed eating disorders evidence-based training in CBT-E and SSCM and continue to develop my skills in this space.

Away from work, I enjoy being outside, following the sun, reading, relaxing with my family and friends and enjoying a cup of coffee. My life mantra is to find joy in the simple things in life.
