Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is one on one guidance in movement and breath work to address individual needs.

Who is this for?

Anyone! No previous yoga experienced is required. Whether you are new to yoga, recovering from an injury, wanting to unlock emotional trauma, lymphatic stimulation, relaxation and meditation, or an advanced yogi in need of guidance to enhance your individual practice.

What to expect

Classes are uniquely developed for each individual and their specific needs. Combining the styles of Viniyogah, Anusara, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga and Iyengar, you will be guided into a deeply meditative state that aims to both strengthen and tone whilst unlocking and stretching the connective tissue (fascia).
The use of breath work, pranayama, is present throughout the session, as well as chakra intentions.
You will leave the class feeling a sense of weightlessness, clarity of the mind, and with a smile on your face.

What to wear and bring

Comfortable non-restrictive fitted clothing is best to be able to see the body and check for alignment and muscle activation.

You don’t need to bring a thing! All yoga mats, equipment, and filtered water provided.

Laura Kramer

With over 20 years experience in the practice of yoga and since becoming a qualified teacher in 2015, Laura has learnt a wide variety of styles and traditions both in Australia and all over the world. Recently recovering from a major hip injury, Laura has even more so understood the importance of looking after all aspects of the body. Laura focuses on building the smaller muscles for stabilisation and allowing the body to move freely both physically and energetically.

Laura is also a naturopath and reiki practitioner who often combines modalities.
