Alice is the co-founder of Aēsara Health and director of Inner Focus Psychology. She practices intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy (ISTDP), to help clients let go of unhelpful strategies that no longer serve their lives for emotional freedom and growth. She also draws on cognitive-behavioural therapy. Alice’s dual qualifications in clinical psychology and naturopathy have led her to form a holistic view of mental health.
