Laura is a qualified naturopath, yoga teacher, reiki healer, and member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA).  From a young age Laura has understood the mind-body connection and the effects that one’s lifestyle can have on how they feel both physically and mentally. Drawing from all her modalities, whilst keeping up to date with the latest scientific research, Laura will work with you to tailor your own individual health protocol.

With a strong passion for psychology and human behaviour, she will delve into the unconscious mind to understand her patients and harmoniously guide them into a state of synchronised mind and body. Believing that balance is what is needed to achieve and maintain health, her approach is non-restrictive, aiming to empower her patients to make the best choices for themselves while still enjoying the pleasures of life.

Laura’s quirky and bubbly personality will make you feel at ease, her priority is to make each of her patients feel comfortable, heard and valued without judgement. Physical examinations are part of her practice, believing that the human body can hold onto built up emotions that can then manifest into physical aliments. Through movement, breath work, herbal tinctures, reiki, flower essences, homeopathy, nutrients, diet, and lifestyle changes, Laura will guide you back into alignment using your own body’s healing abilities.
