Integrative Physiotherapy

Integrative Physiotherapy is a whole-person approach to healing. It addresses not only pain and dysfunction in the muscles, joints and nerves but also considers the impact of emotional stress, nervous system regulation, posture, and energy.

Our Physiotherapist uses evidence-based techniques alongside holistic methods such as breathwork, mindfulness, somatic education, and gentle energy balancing. This approach aims to restore function, reduce pain, and support long-term wellbeing — not just short-term relief.

What conditions do Integrative Physiotherapists commonly see?

Neck, back and joint pain
Sciatica and nerve irritation
TMJ (jaw) dysfunction
Headaches and migraines
Postural tension and imbalance
Stress-related pain or fatigue
Chronic pain or recurring injuries
Feelings of disconnection or body discomfort

What can you expect from your Integrative Physiotherapy treatment?

During your treatment
Sessions begin with a thorough consultation to understand your physical concerns, medical history, lifestyle and goals. From there, a treatment plan is tailored to your individual needs.
Treatment may include:
Manual therapy
Gentle movement and rehab exercises
Breathwork and nervous system regulation
Somatic awareness and education
Energy balancing (e.g. Reiki)

After your treatment
It’s common to feel relaxed, lighter, or tired afterwards. Some mild soreness may occur and will usually ease within 1–2 days. Drinking water and taking it easy is recommended.

If you're seeking a more conscious, compassionate approach to healing — you're in the right place.
