Kendra’s passion for naturopathy began through her own personal and family experiences with holistic medicine. Witnessing the positive impact of natural therapies inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others achieve better health through an evidence-informed holistic approach.

She is passionate about empowering and educating her clients, creating a supportive and welcoming environment where they feel heard, understood and confident in their health journey.

Kendra has a strong focus on fertility, reproductive and hormonal health, supporting women and couples through every stage of their reproductive journey— from preconception and pregnancy to postpartum care.

She also works with a range of hormonal and endocrine concerns including menstrual cycle health and awareness.

Kendra provides personalised treatment plans tailored to your individual needs and health goals. Your care may include herbal and nutritional medicine, dietary and lifestyle guidance alongside practical resources, pathology interpretation and, where appropriate, collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

To further her expertise in reproductive health, Kendra has completed training as a Natural Fertility Educator and an Advanced Fertility Certification.
