I am a warm and experienced clinical psychologist, primarily working with individual adults and couples experiencing a range of mental health, emotional and interpersonal difficulties.

Creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapy space is at the heart of my work.

I work closely with each client to identify meaningful therapeutic goals and tailor our work together to meet their needs. I am neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ affirming, and welcome those from diverse cultural backgrounds.

I integrate a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities in my work, and am passionate about ongoing learning and professional development. Some of the modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy and The Gottman Method.
