All change begins on the inside.

And the outer world follows.

In 2011, Katie took a leap of faith and retired from her first career after a decade and a half in the corporate world, a change that precipitated from her own inner work.

As they say, leap and the net will appear. The net came in the form of kinesiology and reiki. She also immersed herself in the esoteric arts with meditation and intuitive practices, while completing post-graduate studies in Wellness.

Her wealth and breadth of knowledge, combined with her pure innate knowing, guides her in her current work. She's able to bridge between the material and the immaterial, the mundane and the spiritual. In this way, she tends to your whole Being.

With a focus on the psycho-spiritual dimension of health and wellbeing, through accessing subconscious information, and calling upon higher wisdom, she guides and supports you on your path back to your Whole self. This, she believes, is the premise of the healing journey.

Her approach is grounded in the human experience, while leaving room for the mystical. Each session is a co-creative unfolding, and by addressing your inner state of being, real and profound changes in your experience of the everyday are made possible.

Katie also teaches mind-body wellness, reiki at all levels, and is soon launching a masterclass series in helping others reconnect with their own body wisdom.

As well as her work in the healing arts, Katie is an artist and remains a student of Life, inspired by Nature, and a seeker of Truth.
