I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process. Creating a warm, non-judgemental space is at the heart of my practice.

I am a registered Educational and Developmental Psychologist working with adults, and my developmental lens means I consider the experiences, relationships, and environments that have shaped who you are today, while also supporting growth and change in the present.

My practice is informed by EMDR, Schema Therapy, ACT, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches, tailored to your individual needs and goals. I frequently work with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals from a strengths-based, affirming perspective.

I hold Board Approved Supervisor status, and enjoy supporting the development of early career psychologists in their own clinical practice.
